Day 01 Arrive Rio de Janeiro

Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro Airport you are met and transferred to your pre booked Hotel

Day 02 Rio de Janeiro

FD Sugar Loaf wit City tour + Corcovado with beaches + lunch – Over a million tourists a year visit the world famous Pão de Açúcar, or Sugar Loaf Mountain in English, which has become an iconic symbol of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Rising up from small peninsula at the entrance of Guanabara Bay, its name is said to refer to its resemblance to the traditional shape of concentrated refined sugar loaf. The tour is done in two steps by glass cable-cars. The first cable-car takes passengers to the top of Urca Hill, which rises 215 meters above sea level and offers spectacular views of the entire bay its islands. From Urca Hill, passengers continue in a second cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf which rises 395 meters above sea level and offers a 360 degree view of the entire city including Botafogo and Copacabana Beaches, the Corcovado and downtown Rio.We will visit the Christ Statue, which was recently elected as one of the seven modern wonders of the world, which sits 2,300 above sea level, atop Corcovado Hill. Following a scenic drive along the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, we will arrive at the foot of the hill from where we ill embark on a small train which climbs the beautiful mountain. Upon reaching the top, visitors will experience a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro and discover why it is known as the “Marvelous City”! Tour also includes a drive along Rio’s famous beaches. Lunch is included.
In the evening Samba Show with dinner: A spectacular samba show with singers and dancers in elaborate costumes who present Brazil’s rich folkloric traditions and capture the famous rhythms of Carnaval. Dinner is included.

Day 03 Rio de Janeiro – Manaus (By Flight)

Transferred to Rio de Janeiro Airport to board flight for Manaus. Upon arrival in Manaus Airport you are met and transferred to your pre booked Hotel
Later visit to the Monkey Jungle. Dinner and evening tour by canoe for Alligator Spotting

Day 04 Manaus

Nature Hike. Return for regional lunch. After a short rest, visit to the home of local Amazonian residents (“caboclos”) with opportunity for piranha fishing.

Day 05 Manaus

Full day tour to the Meeting of the Waters with lunch. Following optional canoe ride with an opportunity for Piranha Fishing. Arrival at the lodge at 1730 Hrs

Day 06 Manaus – Iguassu Falls (By Flight)

Free time to enjoy the natural pools. Check-out at 11h30 and transfer to Manaus Airport to board flight for Lguassu falls. Upon arrival in Iguassu Falls Airport you are met and transferred to your pre booked Hotel

Day 07 Iguassu Falls

Brazilian Falls Tour: we will proceed to the Iguaçu National Park where we drive through the lush, subtropical vegetation of the park en route to the falls. Stroll the trail descending the canyon that offers a panoramic view of the more than 240 falls. Take the glass elevator up the cliff face for an exquisite view from the upper deck. The Iguassu National Park along with its “sister” park in Argentina form the most significant remaining rainforest in the southern cone of South America which along with the waterfalls have been declared a National Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Macuco Safari: The trip begins within the National Park on the Brazilian side, where visitors take seats in an open wagon driven through the forest where they can observe birds, animals and exotic vegetation all while accompanied by a specialized guide. At the end of the 2 km ride we continue on foot to the margin of the Iguassu River to take a specially prepared motor boat for an exciting and unforgettable trip. Passengers are taken as close as possible to the water falls, where they can hear the thunderous roar of the walls of water, and get wet from the mist of the falls.
Bird Park: The Bird Park integrates tourists with the local nature of the region. Visitors walk along the trails through the forest and have the opportunity to see and get close to some wonderful bird species native to Brazil, some of which are classified as endangered.

Day 08 Iguassu Falls

Itaipu Dam: At 16 km from Foz do Iguassu’s downtown, the visit begins at the visitation center, where a documentary flick on the saga of the biggest hydroelectric dam in the whole world is displayed. After this documentary, the trip is done by a bus, lasting one hour, by the external part of the dam and with a stopover right in front of the spillway and another over the upper part of the dam.
In the evening Dinner Show: Dinner at an international restaurant. Following the meal, guests will be treated to a typical musical performance that mixes Broadway with traditional folklore of the region. This theatrical performance showcases various traditional folkoric dances of Argentina (tango, bloeaderas, malambo, milonga), Brazil (samba, chorinho, bossa nova), and Paraguay (harpa, botellas, guaranias).

Day 9 Iguassu Falls – Rio de Janeiro (By Flight)

Transferred to Iguassu Fallas Airport to board flight for Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro Airport you are met and transferred to your pre booked Hotel

Day 10 Rio de Janeiro

Jeep Tour in Tijuca Forest (only SIB): Following your pick-up in open-top jeeps at your hotel, guests will be taken to the stunning Tijuca Atlantic Forest, the largest urban forest in the world. We will make stops at the Chinese Lookout with magnificent views of Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, Guanabara Bay and Sugar Loaf. During the tour, guests can casually observe tropical animals like monkeys, sloths and exotic birds. On the way back to the hotel, we will stop at the Pepino Beach to watch the hang gliders fly through the air.
