All the organisation was first class, as usual. Our guides, especially the one in Kochi, were excellent and our driver was very friendly and helpful.

We have just returned from the holiday you arranged for us in Southern India.My wife and I would both like to thank you for such a memorable time we had.The itinerary given to us worked really well and we were therefore able to see all the places we wanted to.We would have liked to have kept our first driver but understood why he had to be changed but both could not have been more courteous and helpful and it also helped that there was a representative present at various places on the tour to check that everything was going smoothly.This was our second tour with Tailormade Journeys to India and we will certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends.

We have just returned from an excellent 2 week holiday to Kerala packed full of cultural, wildlife and beach experiences staying in truly wonderful hotels. We took in Cochin, the Western Ghats, an overnight trip on a houseboat on the backwaters as well as time to relax at the end of our holiday at a superb beach location. The organisation, including a very knowledgeable driver- guide worked extremely well for us and we came home full of wonderful images and memories of the beautiful place that is Kerala. Just a note to say we had a wonderful trip on the Deccan Odyssey. All the arrangements went like clockwork. The Air France flights worked out well. We were able to see more in Delhi than those travelling with other tour companies. The Personal Tours representative and driver in Mumbai were very good to us, taking us around various sights and shops in Mumbai before dropping us off at the hotel.
The staff on the train were excellent from the train manager down to the valets. Nothing was too much trouble in ensuring that our trip went well. Travelling mostly at night maximised time at the various places of interest.
Temperature was very pleasantly warm, no insects to speak of and great places to visit.
Thank you for your efforts on our behalf, which made the holiday such a great success.
