We returned from India yesterday.  We both want to thank you for the perfect organisation of the first 2 weeks of our holiday.  As you know, we fretted and worried about the arrangements and pestered you about details.  But, it was flawless.
The National Park lodges were excelkent – Bandhavgarh Jungle Lodge in particular was perfection – marvellous food, extremely comfortable accommodation and fantastic staff.  All of the jeep safaris met our expectations in all 3 parks and the guides were superb (we were very fortunate to see 10 tigers).
The local arrangements worked very well, our driver, Rana could not have been more capable or pleasant.  In Khajuraho the efficiency of Mr A S Bundela & driver was faultless, they were both so helpful to us.
So, thank you again Rajiv, we will have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends, and hope to use your services again sometime.

We contacted Tailormade Journeys Limited when our original tour company failed to return our mails. We had a route planned but Tailormade Journeys Limited were able to suggest some alternative hotels and routes. We asked them to add a few days here and there and change one or two hotels. They obliged and eventually the package they came up with not only cost less than we had anticipated but included guides on certain days and a driver every day which we had not expected. Having a driver every day was a bonus and with out that we would not have seen half of the sights.

TJ Ltd made the whole planning so simple I wish I had discovered them earlier. We will go back to India and we will use their expertise again. I  would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Just a quick note to thank you for your efforts in making our trip to India a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Everything ran like clockwork. All of the local guides were very knowledgeable and informative and allowed ample time for us to view the various sites and monuments visited.

 

I would particularly like to pass on our praise and thanks for our driver for the week, Rishi Ram, who was perhaps the best of the of the guides as well as being the driver, ensuring that we saw as much of the cities as possible by taking us to a number of additional sites once the official guides had concluded their tours. He also made sure that we ate in a range of very good restaurants each evening.

 

Thanks to all of your team in the UK and India for making this such a memorable experience. I will have no hesitation in recommending your organisation  to any friends who are considering similar trips.

We arrived back from our tour of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia on Friday.

I wanted to write and thank you for arranging a wonderful trip. The organisation from start to finish was first class. We were met at every airport by our guides and the transfer to all the hotels and the drivers and vehicles were brilliant. 

I will certainly recommend Tailormade Journeys to anyone who is considering a visit to South East Asia. It has been a memorable experience and that is all down to your ability and organisation.

Hi Gouri,

I apologise for lack of contact since we were escorted to Chennai airport as we have been at sea in the Maldives. We are just back to Heathrow.

Everything went really well, all the arrangements were perfect. Driver was excellent and great company.

I will send detailed comments when I have had a sleep, copied to your colleagues in India.
