We have now arrived back to the UK and I/we wanted to let you know that our holiday was FANTASTIC!
Everything went perfectly, from the moment we arrived at the hotel in Delhi the representative was there waiting to greet us with a garland of flowers! The “Vacations” company were superb and please can you pass on our warm thanks to all those involved including Vicray ( VJ) our driver for the week, Meena, who did our tour of Delhi ( the rickshaw ride in Old Delhi was amazing) Megha, who did the walking tour of Agra was superb and the man that took us round Jaipur and all the other guides involved in our North India trip, EVERYONE was EXCELLENT.
We then went down south and the the South Tourism company were just as good. Our driver, Motuh, was lovely and the guide, Clyde, again was brilliant in Cochin. All the representatives met us at the hotels and airports and everyone involved was helpful, informative and pleasant- they made our holiday!
I have already recommended your company to at least two other couples whilst in India and I will definitely be “singing your praises” to everyone back here in England.
I’m sure I have missed names out from the above text but if you would be so kind to let the relevant managers know how their guides and drivers and reps were towards us I would be very grateful.
If the public sector organisations here in England were as efficient, helpful organised and informative as those that were had the pleasure to meet in India and including your company I’m sure we wouldn’t be in the state we are in today!!!!
I’m already planning our next trip next year with possibly 8 of us going to Sri Lanka and then onto the Maldives so will be in touch!!
