I have been meaning to get in touch for a while now, just to say how much we enjoyed the tour that you booked for us (God’s Own Country – Kerala).
We were met as arranged at Kochi Airport and everything from then on was seamless.
There were no hitches with any of the hotel bookings, and the local guides were all friendly and efficient.
The hotels were all super and had everything that we would want, in beautiful settings.
Our driver, Sumesh was excellent – calm, polite and careful and always made sure we knew what our next meeting time and place would be. He was always punctual, and communicated well with the guides we were to meet.
We especially enjoyed the Houseboat stay; it was so spacious & comfortable and the crew looked after us very well, providing us with delicious meals and snacks.
I was attracted to your tours because your website was very detailed, informative and it was always very reassuring to be able to discuss with you in person our personal tweaks over the telephone. Your prompt responses, by phone or e mail, were really appreciated. In addition, your detailed information regarding visas and Passenger Locator forms was very helpful.
