We have returned this week from another fabulous holiday organised for us by Great Vacations/Tailormade Journeys and so I am contacting you to thank you and all your team, both in the UK and in Sri Lanka, for making our holiday so enjoyable. We have been to India three times with your company, but this was the first time we have been beyond the Sub Continent, so it was a whole new experience which I’m pleased to say we thoroughly enjoyed.
As always, your organisation of the itinerary and accommodation was perfect. Our journey round the island with Tiran, or driver, was hugely enjoyable. He looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always cheerful and friendly. Hopefully our appreciation of him can be passed on to Lanka Vacations.
Your itinerary ensured that we got to see the best of the beautiful island over the two weeks and, without exception, you chose very good and comfortable hotels for us, including the very impressive Galle Face Hotel in Colombo and the beautiful Cinnamon Lodge in Habarana. Over the years we have travelled with your company we have come to know that we can rely on your local knowledge to seek out the very best available and you have never let us down.
We will continue to recommend your company to family and friends who may be thinking of holidaying in India and the surrounding countries.
