We started to plan this vacation a year before Covid Pandemic in 2019 to travel in Spring of 2020. By January of 2020 we paid for everything in full but had to delay our travel plan till Spring 2022. Rajiv always kept in touch during pandemic and responded immediately to all our emails and phone calls.
Rajiv was instrumental in planning our vacation and made whole process very easy and painless. He had a great knowledge of the area, booked amazing and beautiful hotels, all tours and transfers were well organized and executed by efficient teams. In addition he kept our money save for 2 years and never increased original price.
We had a roomy, comfortable and very clean mini van with knowledgable tour guide who are a good storyteller. Everything went without a glitch and as promised.
In the end, I would like to say thank you once again for such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We never will look for another company next time we will plan our vacation to destinations that Tailormade Journey Company is offering. You are the best. We will always recommend your company to any friends or family if they will consider travel to destination offered by your company.
