Afternoon explore the Bundi Taragarh Fort, constructed in the year 1354, the Taragarh Fort is one of the most impressive structures in Bundi. The Fort is located on a steep hill and offers a panoramic and breathtaking view of the entire city of Bundi situated in the Nagpahari of Aravalli ranges and Raniji ki Baori, also “Queen’s stepwell” is a noted stepwell situated in Bundi. It was built in 1699 by Rani Nathavati Ji who was the younger queen of the ruling Rao Raja Anirudh Singh of Bundi. It is a 46 m deep stepped well with some superb carvings on its pillars and a high arched gate. It is a multistoreyed structure with places of worship on each floor. The step well has a narrow entrance marked by four pillars. Stone elephant statues that face each other stand in the corners.

It is situated on the great Thar Desert and has been witness to the many battles, Gadisar Lake a man-made reservoir built in 1367 by Maharawal Gadsi Singh, after whom it is named, Jain Temples another set of architecturally beautiful structures in Jaisalmer. These temples aren’t just places of worship, but of beauty too. The intricate designs on the temple walls are the distinct features of the Jain temples in Jaisalmer, Salim Singh ki Haveli a mansion in Jaisalmer, famous for its architecture. The structure is an 18th-century building which has around 38 beautifully carved balconies. The distinct architecture of the Haveli sets it aside from the other structures of those times and another place to enjoy the marvelous architecture in Jaisalmer is Nathmal Ki Haveli. The beautiful design includes carvings of elephants on the yellow colored stone and other intricate designs on both the interior and exterior walls of the Haveli.
